About Us

Negoti8 Finance is an accredited Australian Finance Group (AFG) member, giving us access to multiple lenders, most of whom offer a variety of loan products for both personal and business requirements. We use the most up-to-date technology available in the finance industry, enabling us to quickly pre-qualify clients to see if they are likely to secure the finance required to meet their needs.

With an ever changing market and credit requirements becoming tougher each year it makes absolute sense to entrust an experienced mortgage broker to guide you through the complex world of lending and each lenders different credit policies and documentation requirements.

We continually update our knowledge and undergo regular professional refresher training courses as required by our industry association, the MFAA. As well as great service and wide loan choice, we ensure our clients are kept informed of the progress of their loan status from application to settlement. We are also able to assist business owners via our commercial lending offering.

Perry Peppas - Director

My passion for the finance industry began over 20 years ago. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting, I initially embarked on a career as a Sales and Operational Manager within the FMCG and retail world. This role allowed me to build and embed my customer relationship skills to the level where I was able to provide my clients with outstanding service and a solution based on their needs.

After 13 years, I then made a career move out of the FMCG field to the banking and finance industry. This for me was the challenge I was seeking as it allowed me to display and put into practice my love of numbers and my desire to assist my clients in finding solutions to their personal goals, both personally and financially.

My first role within the banking/finance area was as a Home Finance Manager role with Westpac for 3 years. This role allowed me to develop my knowledge and skills to assist with residential property funding, for individual customers and small to medium businesses  whilst being exposed to many different structures, strategies and funding requirements.

I soon realised that if I wanted to truly assist my clients by having the right solutions available, I had to look past having 1 lender and move into finance broking to have access to a range of banks, products, and finance products

I then took the opportunity to work with a mid-large tier accounting financial services business, where I continued to extend my skills, establish strong relationships and deal with the dynamic changes that comes in the banking and finance industry. In 2016 I finally followed my dream to establish my own business (Negoti8 Finance) to be able to continue a professional and personalised service to all my clients. I pride myself on my service which is based on long term solutions, therefore developing and maintaining long term strong client relationships.
